How much does shipping Cost?
Shippping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. Orders above R650 qualify for free shipping!
Which Countries do you Ship to?
We offer shipping direct to your door throughout South Africa.
For neighbouring countries such as Botswana, Namibia, Lesotho, Swaziland, Zimbabwe, Zambia we can courier your parcel for collection at a dedicated pick up point.
How Long does Delivery take?
Gauteng: 1 - 2 Working days
Major Centres (Outside Gauteng): 2- 4 Working Days
Outlying Towns: 3 - 7 Working Days
If you have opted to pay via EFT please note that delivery times should be calculated from the time payment is received into our bank account.
Can I collect my order?
Orders can be collected from our office in Midrand, Gauteng. You can also select Pargo as a delivery option if you want to collect you order from a local destination versus having it sent via courier to your door.
Can I pay Cash on Delivery?
Unfortunately we do not have this option available as we use third party courier services.
How does Pargo Delivery Work?
Pargo is a click and collect courier service. If you are unable to receive parcels at work or at home you can have the parcel delivered to your nearest Pargo Pick Up Point. Pargo offers over 2000 pick up points throughout South Africa.
Pargo also delivers to Namibia, Botswana, Lesotho and Swaziland.
