If there is a problem with your order – incorrect items delivered or you receive damaged items in your order then we will be happy to make it right. Simply follow the  instructions below for the issue asssociated with your order.

My Order is Damaged /missing something

We are sorry this happened. We take a lot of care to get your products delivered to you in the best condition.

If the outer casing of your package shows signs of spills or leaks please mark this in the notes section of the waybill you sign off with the courier. Kindly sent us your order number and take a picture of the damaged contents and send this to us via email with a short description of the nature of the damage.

For missing item please alert our office of your order number and provide a picture of the goods received.

i want to return something i purchased

We accept return of items that are unused an still in their orginal packaging.
Returns can be dropped off at our office or for R50 you can request a Pargo return packet to be generated for you. You will then be able to drop off the parcel at one of over 2000 drop off points nationwide. Once returned items have been validated, any applicable refunds will be processed within 7 - 10 working days.
Only products purchased on can be returned. If you purchase one of our products via a third party or partner platform please contact that support desk to find out about their returns policy.
